By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

DonnaLeads™ provides leadership education, frameworks, and thinking partnership. The program is not therapy, legal advice, HR advice, or professional certification.

2. No Guarantees

Results depend on individual application and context. No outcomes, promotions, or career results are guaranteed.

3. Participant Responsibility

You are responsible for how you apply insights, frameworks, and guidance. DonnaLeads™ is not responsible for workplace decisions or consequences.

4. Confidentiality

Program discussions are confidential. You agree not to share materials, recordings, or participant discussions outside the program.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials are proprietary to DonnaLeads™ and may not be copied, distributed, or used to train others.

6. Payment and Refunds

Payment terms and refund policies are as stated at checkout.

7. Limitation of Liability

DonnaLeads™ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation.

By enrolling, you affirm that you have read and agree to this Agreement.
