Program and Service Refunds
Due to the nature of live programs, cohort-based learning, and digital resources, all sales are final unless otherwise stated below.
Live Programs and Cohorts
For live programs, including the Executive Leadership Intensive and Mid-Level Leadership Cohort:
• A full refund is available if requested in writing at least 7 days before the program start date.
• No refunds will be issued once the program has begun.
• Missed sessions, scheduling conflicts, or partial participation do not qualify for refunds.
Digital Resources and Downloadable Materials
All purchases of digital materials, guides, recordings, or downloadable content are non-refundable, as access is granted immediately upon purchase.
Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases involving documented emergencies, DonnaLeads may, at its discretion, review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Approval is not guaranteed.
How to Request a Refund

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback instead of contacting DonnaLeads directly may result in removal from the program and denial of future participation.

DonnaLeads reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of purchase will apply.
